Dog kibbles in bulk, it’s now possible!<\/span><\/p>\n

A few months ago, we proudly completed the design of the packaging in recycled cardboard.<\/span>The result is by the way very satisfactory. We succeeded in our bet. The packaging does not contain any plastic. It is made of 100% recycled\/recyclable cardboard from sustainably managed forests. Yes, nothing is left to chance. <\/span><\/p>\n

We confess, since our beginnings we had an idea in our head. Start a healthy<\/a>, local dog food that is available in bulk<\/b>! The most beautiful and environmentally friendly packaging<\/a>can be put in place, nothing replaces bulk and its durable containers that can be reused over and over again. <\/span><\/p>\n

We decided to work with a Belgian food factory that uses plastic drums. Like any human being, they were sick at heart to throw them away once they had finished using them and we were looking for a sustainable way to package our kibbles in bulk. What could be better for us than to give a second life to food barrels?! Bingo, we were meant to get along. A partnership is born!<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Every month we collect barrels and refurbish them so that they are impeccable and shine as they did on their first day. <\/span><\/p>\n

The concept of bulk kibbles<\/span><\/h2>\n

Each partner shop that wishes to start bulk can choose its own way of working for containers. At Vrac & Ride<\/a>, for example, we have a deposit system where each customer can return his container once it is finished. This will be cleaned and re-circulated. For other shops, you will have the possibility to bring your own container or to buy your Colonel Gustave bucket.<\/span><\/p>\n

The buckets we supply have a capacity of 20L which corresponds to a little over 9kg of local croquettes for a full bucket. They are sturdy and reusable at will. <\/span><\/p>\n
